Covid-19 Update

Dearest Patients

We all hope that during these unprecedented times you are well and you remain safe.

Following careful consideration, consultation with expert opinions and as per government instructions, we have made the difficult but correct decision to close the physiotherapy clinic to face to face contacts.

Olly and I will be providing a remote video or phone call service for any of patients that need care. Major insurance companies such as Bupa have agreed to cover this. However, please check with your insurance company first. Otherwise the charges for the consultation will remain the same as you have agreed previously for a normal consultation.

Please be aware we both have commitments NHS and families so our resources will be stretched in the future and whilst we will do our best to continue to provide you with our expertise, we apologise in advanced if we cannot maintain the excellence we strive to provide.

We intend to keep you updated via social media services and this website.

We will be providing remote services through WhatsApp, Gruveo and FaceTime. We will update and contact patients to arrange any follow up appointments and provide further information on the remote services in the next few days.
